Learn how to wow your next dinner party guests with sophisticated canapés and a delicious three course meal at the One Aldwych cookery school.

 

Start the morning with a visit to Borough Market before picking up some professional tips in the kitchen with Tony Fleming, our Executive Chef. Following the demonstration and tasting, let someone else do the hard work as you relax over brunch in Indigo.

 

The cookery school takes place on the following Saturday mornings from 8am. Have friends or family join you from 1pm for brunch.

How the day will work

 

8am - Gather at One Aldwych for a tasty bacon sandwich and a coffee

9am - Meet some of the hotel's suppliers at Borough Market and see what's in season

11am - Watch our Executive Chef in action with plenty of questions and tastings!

1pm - Invite friends to join you as you relax over brunch in Indigo
